Flight Nanny Booking Options:

At Pinpoint Pet Delivery, we offer two flight nanny booking options so you can choose the level of flexibility and travel security that works best for you.

Option 1: Paid Seating — Confirmed Travel

Estimated Delivery Cost: $1,000–$1,500

Paid Seating is recommended for customers who need a more dependable travel schedule and have limited flexibility with their pet’s delivery.

With this option, the customer pays for a confirmed airline ticket for the flight nanny, along with the nanny service fee and the required non-refundable booking deposit.

This option is best for you if:

• Receiving your new pet a day later would cause a significant inconvenience.
• You have limited availability for airport pickup.
• Your preferred airport is remote or has limited daily flights.
• You do not have a backup airport available.
• You need your pet delivered within a specific date or travel window.

Because the nanny is traveling on a confirmed airline ticket, Paid Seating provides significantly more travel certainty than standby travel. Airline delays, cancellations, and other circumstances outside of our control may still occur.

Option 2: Standby Travel — Flexible & Reduced Rate

Estimated Delivery Cost: $600–$750

Our Standby Travel option is designed for customers who are flexible with their delivery schedule and would still be able to accommodate a time or date change if necessary.

Our flight nannies travel using airline standby privileges, which allows us to offer customers a significantly reduced delivery rate. However, standby flights are based on available seating and flight times and travel dates are not guaranteed.

This option is best for you if:

• You are flexible with airport pickup times.
• You can accommodate a delivery date change if needed.
• You have multiple nearby airport options.
• A delay or rescheduled flight would not create a major inconvenience.
• You prefer the most economical flight nanny delivery option.

Please Note: All initial Pinpoint Pet Delivery quotes are based on our Standby Travel option unless otherwise stated.

Which Option Should I Choose?Choose Paid Seating if your priority is having the most reliable travel itinerary possible.

Choose Standby Travel if your priority is receiving a lower delivery rate and you are comfortable remaining flexible with your pet’s travel date, flight time, and airport pickup arrangements.
