You will need some sort of vet or breeder paperwork. You do NOT need a flight health certificate or rabies for in cabin flights. You DO need some sort of breeder records or vet exam records to provide general information about the pet. Pet needs to be at least 8 weeks old and under 20lbs to fly in cabin. Pet over 20 lbs?
